To All Crestwood Clients,
We are opening our doors on July 1st! Please call when you arrive at the clinic for your appointment time; if you would like to have a curbside appointment, please let us know, and we can take it from there. If you would like to have a regular in-person appointment, we will let you know if you are free to come in at that time, or we can let you know when the lobby is clear for you to come in.
We are asking for only one person per pet in the exam room. If you need a refill on meds or need to purchase food, please call ahead so we can have your items ready for you to pick up.
